AXTech was established in 2004, with our headquarters in Molde, Norway. Today, we have approximately 100 employees.
We specialise in heavy lifting and material handling equipment, and mostly work with engineer-to-order projects.
Our key strength lies in our in-house engineering team. We cover all relevant disciplines under one roof and have all IP rights in-house, which puts us in an excellent position to solve complex challenges for our clients.
We aim to get involved in projects as early as possible. Our scope often includes everything from analysis and feasibility studies to after-sales services
Our project portfolio spans subsea lifting, floating production, cable and pipe lay, and we’ve delivered major systems for subsea mineral operations.
In offshore wind, our portfolio includes:
- Offshore gangway systems
- Slurry hose and energy belt reels for foundation drilling
- Vertical and inclined fall pipe systems
- Concept for performing heavy maintenance from a floating vessel
We’re also working with pre-piling templates, upending tools and other solutions related to installation and maintenance.
